“A day of worry is more exhausting than a week of work.” – John Lubbock

The quote for this week is a one that can relate to all of us. Coming back from the holidays, the stress of work or school can feel like its really piling on. Whether preparing for a project to preparing for a test, it feels like just isn’t enough time in the day.

The message of this quote is simple. Rather than worrying about how much we have to do, we should create a plan for ourselves. By organizing our time and not wasting it, we are efficiently able to complete everything on our lists in a timely manner. Whether it be studying for a test a few days before to putting in some extra time after school to master a topic, there’s a solution for everything.
This week try to plan out your workload and see how by focusing your energies on something with a plan, you use less effort and stress than cramming the day before. With the start of the 2016, this is an excellent rule to live by.
