Billy Marquardt is a Junior at Xavier High School. He lives in Rocky Hill. This is his first year in the Kestrel as an Assistant Reporter. He is involved in the Band, the Xavier Outdoors-man Club, and Stage Crew for the Drama Club. He loves playing video games as well as reading. He is excited to write about current events, tech news, and more.
