The international cultures club is a new club opened at Xavier High School. It is described as “an open forum and safe environment where students can share cultures, ideas, etc. based on their cultural backgrounds.” The purpose is to help students gain an appreciation for other languages and cultures and also to expand their language skills. The club hopes to meet every 2 weeks. Activities planned include: Presentations about different cultures, group discussions about foreign language, foreign films, and documentaries.
