Jesus Christ Superstar is this year’s Xavier/Mercy musical. It is based off the 1971 rock opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. It follows the last week of Jesus’s life from arriving at Jerusalem, to his crucifixion on Good Friday. It also details the struggle between the ideals of Jesus and Judas.

The Director of the musical is Mrs. Patty McKenna with Mr. Matthew Campisi being the Music Director and Ms. Lorra Webb being the Assistant Director. Nate Goff will be Jesus and Jack Welsh will be Judas. The show features a large ensemble and feature dancers to make it truly magnificent.

For anyone interested, the show will be on Friday March 10^th, at 7 PM, Saturday March 11^th at 7 PM and Sunday March 12^th at 2 PM. Tickets are 10$ and will be sold at the door. Hope to see you there to experience this wonder of a musical.
