FBI’s Most Wanted – Who Are They?

The FBI, which stands for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is America’s best investigation agency. The agency investigates everything from terrorism and weapons of mass destruction (WMD) to civil rights violations and white-collar crimes. Unfortunately, the FBI cannot catch everyone who commits a crime, but they make a list of the people who are wanted and show it to the public in hopes of people assisting them in catching criminals. The FBI has a special list also. This list shows who are the FBI’s most wanted criminals and what they did. All of these criminals have done horrible things to get onto this list and should be considered armed and dangerous, and if anyone has any information about them, they should contact the FBI or, in some cases, an American Embassy or Consulate. If you call and give any information leading to an arrest you can be rewarded money, with payments ranging from $100,000 to $20,000,000.

Yulan Adonary Archage Carias
Mr. Carias was born in San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras either on February 13, 1982 or on January 21, 1982. Carias is believed to only speak Spanish. He weighs 160 pounds and is 5’5″ tall. He has used aliases, such as Alexander Mendoza, Yulan Andony Archaga Carias, and Porky. He is known for allegedly being the leader of the MS-13 gang in the country of Honduras, where he supported the MS-13 gangs located in Central America and the United States Regions by supplying firearms, cash, and narcotics to them. He is federally charged with cocaine importation conspiracy, racketeering conspiracy, and possession and conspiracy to possess machine guns. The FBI is offering up to $100,000 for information that will lead to an arrest.
Eugene Palmer
Eugene Palmer is a New Yorker, was born on April 4, 1939, and is 82 years old. He is a 5’10” male who weighs about 220 pounds. He has used three different names: Eugene K. Palmer, Eugene Kenneth Palmer, Eugene Kevin Palm. Mr. Palmer has an interest in auto racing and cars, and he has experience being a hunter and outdoorsman. He is wanted for murder after he allegedly shot and killed his daughter-in-law, Tammy Palmer, on September 24, 2012, and is charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Anyone who gives information leading to the arrest and conviction of Mr. Palmer can receive an award up to $100,000.
Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel
Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel also called Bhadreshkumar C. Patel is an Indian born in Kantrodi Ta Viramgam, Gujarat, India on May 15, 1990. Mr. Patel is 5’9″ and weighs 165 pounds. Mr. Patel is wanted for allegedly killing his wife by striking her multiple times in a donut shop in Hanover, Maryland on April 12, 2015. He was charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and possession of dangerous weapons with intent to injure. On April 13, 2015, he was issued a federal arrest warrant for unlawful flight to avoid persecution on April 20, 2015. The FBI is offering up to $100,000 for any information that leads to arrest.
Alejandro Rosales Castillo
Alejandro Rosales Castillo was born on November 26, 1998 in Arizona. He is 6 inches tall, and weighs around 185 pounds. Castillo speaks both Spanish and English. He has used the aliases of Alexandro Castillo, Alex Castillo, Alejandro Rosales, Alejandro Castillo, Alejandro Rosales-Castillo, Alejandro Rosales Castillo. His last home was in Charlotte, North Carolina, and he has connections in Phoenix, Arizona. He was also seen crossing into New Mexico and could possibly be staying in either San Francisco de los Romo, Aguascalientes, or Pabellón de Arteaga, Aguascalientes, but he could have traveled to the Mexican states of Guanajuato or Veracruz. He is wanted for allegedly murdering his co-worker Truc Quan Ly Le (also called “Sandy”) in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2016. The victim’s vehicle was found at a bus station in Phoenix on August 15, 2016, with her body later found in a woodland area with a gunshot in her head in Cabarrus County, North Carolina on August 17, 2016. . The FBI is offering up to $100,000 reward for anyone who is responsible for giving information that is directly responsible for the arrest of Alejandro Rosales Castillo.
Jose Rodolfo Villarreal-Hernandez
Villarreal-Hernandez, also called “El Gato” is wanted for his alleged involvement in interstate stalking and conspiracy to murder-for-hire of a man in Southlake Texas on May 22, 2013. His federal arrest warrant was issued on June 20, 2018, 5 years after the murder. Villarreal-Hernandez is a 5’4″, born in Mexico on January 16, 1978. He weighs about 165 pounds, speaks Spanish, and has ties to Monterrey and Mexico City in Mexico. Allegedly, Villarreal-Hernandez is currently in a leadership position in the Beltran Leyva drug-trafficking organization which is located in the San Pedro Garza Garcia and Nuevo Leon area in Mexico. The United States Department of State’s Transnational Organized Crime Rewards Program is offering a reward that is up to $1 million for information that can lead directly to the arrest of Hose Rodolfo Villarreal-Hernandez.
RAFAEL CARO-QUINTERO
Rafael Caro-Quintero, also known as “Rafa” has been on the run for more than 36 years. He is wanted for violent crimes in aid of racketeering, conspiracy to commit violent crimes in aid of racketeering, conspiracy to kidnap a Federal Agent, the kidnapping of a Federal Agent, felony murder of a Federal agent, aiding and abetting, and accessory after the fact. Caro-Quintero is a 6′ white Hispanic male and weighs around 159-170 lbs. He was born in Badiraguato, Mexico, and he speaks Spanish. Born somewhere between October 3, 1952 and March 9, 1963, he is wanted for the alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of Enrique Camarena, a Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in 1985. He also allegedly holds an important leadership position in Sinaloa Cartel and the Caro-Quintero Drug Trafficking Organization located in Badiraguato, Sinaloa, Mexico. Because of this, he is known to frequent the area of Badiraguato, Sinaloa, Mexico, but also had ties to Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and Costa Rica, The United States Department of State’s Narcotics Rewards Program is offering a reward of up to $20 million for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of Rafael Caro-Quintero.
Octavio Juarez-Corro
Octavio Juarez-Corro, a 5’6″ male, weighs between 180 to 200lbs. Born in Mexico on December 22, 1973, he has gone by the aliases, Octaviano Corro, Octaviano Juarez Corro, and Octavio Juarez. Mr. Juarez-Corro has had a lengthy list of crimes he may have committed. The most disturbing crimes he is wanted for are the first-degree murder of two individuals and attempted intentional homicide in the first-degree of three more people at a picnic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on May 29th, 2006. Because of his escape, he is also wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. To anyone who is vacationing in Wisconsin, California, or Mexico and wants to take a picnic, be careful because those are known areas that he may visit. The FBI is offering up to $100,000 for information that will lead to an arrest of Mr. Juarez-Corro.
Jason Derek Brown
Jason Brown, also known as Derek Brown, Greg Jason, Harline Jason, Greg Harline Jason, John Brown, or Jay Brown, was born on either July 1, 1969, or January 17, 1971. Mr. Brown was born in California. He is 5’10” with a medium build and a light complexion. Mr. Brown is unlike others on this list because he is more educated. He has a master’s degree in international business and speaks fluent French. He is also athletic and enjoys golf, skiing, and dirt biking. He merged his knowledge of business and golf together by working as a Golf equipment importer. He also enjoys traveling. He has been known to travel to France and Mexico. In addition to owning expensive cars and boats, he is also possibly in the possession of a Glock 9mm and a .45 caliber handgun which he could have used in his killing of an armored car guard in an armed robbery outside of a movie theater in Phoenix, Arizona during November of 2004. The FBI is offering up to $200,000 for information leading directly to an arrest of Mr. Brown.
Arnoldo Jimenez
Arnoldo Jimenez was born in Texas on February 19, 1982. Mr. Jimenez is 6′ and weighs 200 to 225 pounds. He is wanted for allegedly killing his wife on May 12, 2012. Mrs. Jimenez had been happily married to Mr. Jimenez for one day before she was stabbed to death in the back of his four-door 2004 Maserati. After Mr. Jimenez killed her, he allegedly dragged her body to their bathroom tub in the apartment in Burbank, Illinois where they were staying. This resulted in a state warrant issued for Mr. Jimenez for first-degree murder, with a federal warrant being issued on May 17th, 2012 after Mr. Jimenez was charged for unlawful flight to avoid persecution. It is known that Mr. Jimenez has gone to Durango, Mexico, as well as that he is somewhere in the area of Santiago Papasquiaro. That being said, he does have connections to Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and to where he previously lived in Chicago, Illinois. The FBI is offering up to $100,000 for information leading to an arrest of Mr. Jimenez.
Alexis Flores
Alexis Flores was born in Honduras on either July 18, 1975, July 17, 1982, July 18, 1982, or September 15, 1980. Mr. Flores, also known as Mario Flores, Mario Roberto Flores, Mario F. Roberto, Alex Contreras, or Alexis Contreras, worked as a handyman, but his career ended when he allegedly kidnapped and murdered a 5-year-old girl in late July of 2000 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The girl’s body was later found strangled to death in an apartment in early August. He is now wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, kidnapping, and murder. The FBI is offering up to $100,000 for information that leads directly to an arrest.

I wonder what makes somebody like Eugene Palmer more wanted than all the other murderers in the US. There were about 22,000 murders in the US in 2020, so what makes Eugene Palmer dangerous enough to get on the FBI’s top 10 most wanted?
